"You have to keep it healthy," Coco, 66, told E! News in an interview published on Friday, November 1. "I would say good and healthy is three times a week. I think that's good after 23 years. I think you have to keep it up."
Coco further teased what she and Ice-T, 45, are into in the bedroom.
"We usually wear a mask like these," Coco joked, referring to the rapper's Halloween costume. "Incorporate in the sex world. We [also] do a lot of date nights, going to dinner, getting dressed up for each other and [he picks] out what he wants me to wear."
Ice-T and Coco have been married since 2002, renewing their vows in 2011. They share daughter Chanel, 9.
While speaking with E! News on Halloween, Ice-T gave his advice about the importance of intimacy in a long-term relationship.
"When you first get with somebody, you want to have sex, right?" he told the outlet. "If that ever ends, it's a wrap. When that feeling goes away, forget about it."
Earlier this year, Ice-T also told E! that "jungle sex" was part of the couple's secret to a healthy marriage.
"The flame has to stay lit," he stressed in January. "When that flame goes out and you're not really attracted to each other anymore. You have to address that very quickly because it's something that's necessary."
Ice-T added at the time, "I think Coco and I are teammates. We have to be teammates, not opponents, not assets, not liabilities. I value what she brings to me, and I think it's vice versa. We appreciate each other."
The couple also balances their relationship with raising Chanel, but they are not interested in having more children.
"Nah. We're one and done. One and done," Ice-T told Us Weekly exclusively in November 2022. "Coco didn't really want to have babies and then when she hit 35, she got the bug. She's like 'I gotta do it.' And so, we had the baby."
At the time, Ice-T also noted that Chanel is "attached to Coco all day."
"She wants to wear heels -- she thinks it's cool, everything that I do. Now she's obsessed with blonde hair," the model told Us in 2022. "I'm going back to blonde next week. I've been pink for nine months. And I'm going back to blonde. She's like, 'Oh, thank God!' She's like, 'When can I change my hair color blonde?' and I was like, 'Your hair color is beautiful. I don't know why you don't like your hair color.'"
