According to Rpkna, Erdogan made the remarks during a speech at the 16th Conference of Turkish Ambassadors to the World, held in Turkey's capital Ankara. He said: The presence of terrorist organizations, ISIS and others contributes to instability and the absence of peace.
The Turkish president further emphasized that if the March 10 agreement fails, it would pose a significant threat, and it is clear which side lacks interest in implementing the agreement and establishing stability in Syria.
