The biggest perk of reviewing TVs professionally is getting hands-on time with a wide range of models, including each brand's flagship models. 2025 yielded a bumper crop of fantastic TVs - I can't remember a time when I've been more impressed with the picture quality of new sets - and many of these are now getting discounts in the Black Friday deals.
A few of the flagship TVs I tested in 2025 have earned a spot in our best OLED TVs guide. One of those, the Panasonic Z95B OLED TV, has yet to get a Black Friday deal, though it's early yet, and that still may happen on Black Friday proper.
Another, the LG G5, is getting a solid discount in this 65-inch LG G5 for $1,999.99 (was $3,399.99) at Best Buy. That's $1,400 off the price of the G5, which I gave a five-star rating in my LG G5 OLED TV review.
I also reviewed the Sony Bravia 8 II, which notably improves upon its Bravia 8 predecessor with a brighter QD-OLED display panel. The 55-inch Sony Bravia 8 II is now $1,998 (was $2,599) at Amazon, which is a 23% discount on this stunning OLED TV.
While I didn't review the LG C5 OLED, I did review its predecessor, the LG C4. I did get to spend some hands-on time with the C5, and it's only a slight upgrade on its predecessor. Supplies of the C4 in multiple screen sizes appear to be running low at many retailers, but you can find the 65-inch LG C5 for $1,399.99 (was $2,699.99) at Best Buy. That's an impressive $1,300 discount on a TV that I highly recommend.
Although I didn't personally review the Samsung S95F OLED TV, I have hands-on experience with this model and can fully vouch for the five-star rating it received. From its high brightness to its unmatched anti-reflection screen, this is a fantastic all-around TV, and the 65-inch Samsung S95F is now $2,287.99 (was $2,997.99) at Amazon, another 23% discount.
