Trump announces he wants to end daylight saving time -- a plan that sounds good (most Americans dislike the clock changes) ...
... but is hard to actually accomplish bc of no consensus and has been gridlocked in Congress.
I say this as the DC reporter who has arguably followed this fight the closest!
