METHUEN -- Local police have called in a backup after they found a male, wanted in connection with a domestic violence incident, barricaded inside a home at 16 Huntington Ave. Wednesday evening.
On social media the Methuen police department asked people to avoid the area of Huntington Avenue for the next several hours and announced that there was an "increased police presence."
