NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. - Authorities in Pasco County are asking the public to keep a sharp lookout today for a teenager who disappeared late last night. Pasco Sheriff's deputies are searching the New Port Richey area for 15-year-old Waylon Ricks, who has been listed as a missing/runaway juvenile.
Ricks was last spotted around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 23, near Linnet Street. He hasn't been seen since.
Deputies describe Ricks as standing 5-feet-4-inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was dressed in a dark-colored shirt, jeans, and black shoes.
