One person was hospitalized Wednesday after being trapped inside a building after an exterior wall collapsed in Mount Washington.
The collapse took place around noon Wednesday at 416 W. Del Norte St., just north of Arroyo Seco (110) Parkway, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
An Urban Search and Rescue team was deployed to free the trapped person, who was responsive, officials said.
The victim was evacuated at about 1 p.m. and taken to a hospital. The condition of the patient was not provided.
