COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - Police responded to a road rage incident in Colerain Township on Friday.
According to police, it happened at about 1:45 p.m. on Interstate 275 near Blue Rock Road, where a shot was fired into a vehicle.
Officers found the victim's vehicle with damage from at least one round, but no injuries were reported.
Police quickly identified and arrested Robert Griffith, 69, at his residence outside Colerain Township. Griffith faces two counts of felonious assault and one count of discharging a firearm on or near prohibited premises.
He was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center to await arraignment.
