JERUSALEM, October 29, 2025 (WAFA) - Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Silwan, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, on Wednesday and issued fines to Palestinian vehicles.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces erected a military checkpoint in the Ras al-Amud neighborhood of Silwan and issued fines to several vehicles.
The same sources added that occupation forces also tightened restrictions on Palestinians at the Qalandiya military checkpoint north of occupied Jerusalem, stopping vehicles and checking residents' identity cards, causing significant traffic congestion.
