Investigators from the Los Angeles County Sheriffs' Department 's Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public's help Saturday locating an at-risk 34-year-old woman who authorities say has "mental health conditions" and was reported missing in Harbor City.
Jocelyn Christine Duncan was last seen at 9:45 a.m. Friday on the 1000 block of Oakhorne Drive between Koleeta and Oakhorne drives, the Sheriff's Information Bureau said.
Duncan is Black, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt and blue pants.
