This is the moment when Ed Sheeran surprised fans with an impromptu gig in Dublin.
A crowd of up to 2,000 people packed into the Industries Hall at the RDS for the secret concert on Monday night - with fans only being informed about it just hours earlier.
Top listeners of the global superstar on Spotify were invited to what was billed as a 'once-in-a-lifetime' performance. Sheeran told the audience that he chose to perform in Ireland because it's where he decided he wanted to be a singer-songwriter.
The location was disclosed to the lucky few selected approximately two hours before the concert began.
Those who were invited received a message from organisers stating: "As a top fan and premium user on Spotify, you're invited to an exclusive Billions Club Live concert celebrating Ed's biggest hits.", reports the Irish Mirror.
"This intimate one-night-only event will bring his most iconic songs to life - just for his biggest fans in Dublin."
To rapturous applause, Sheeran told the crowd: "The reason I wanted to do it in Dublin is that this is the place where I decided I wanted to be a singer-songwriter. You know, it's a special place for me with my family, but it's also a special place for me musically."
He performed his songs that have garnered a billion streams. The set-list included Shape of You and I See Fire, concluding with Galway Girl and a rendition of The Parting Glass.
The English chart-topper caused quite a stir when he performed at the Fleadh Cheoil in a Wexford pub in August. He has also played several secret gigs in Dublin pubs in previous years.
A standout performance was a set in Doyles on College Street back in 2014. Sheeran's next official major gig is scheduled for December 9 at Dublin's 3Arena.
