Final prospectus to be released upon MAS registration.
Coliwoo Holdings Pte. Ltd., soon to be renamed Coliwoo Holdings Limited, has lodged a preliminary prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for its planned initial public offering and listing on the SGX Mainboard.
Maybank Securities is the issue manager and global coordinator, whilst DBS Bank and RHB Bank are joint bookrunners and underwriters.
The final prospectus will be released once registered with MAS.
Investors will then be able to access it via the MAS OPERA website, the SGX website, or directly from Maybank Securities.
