The President of Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Prince Victor Adekunle Alonge has said that Nigeria's real estate performance based on National Gross Domestic Product contribution is very low and one of the lowest in Africa.
Alonge said this during the conferment of Awokose Omoluabi Oodua on him by the Ooni of Ifelodun, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi in Ile-Ife on Friday.
He applauding Tax Reforms, the President explains that seeks to shift towards higher productivity and performance.
"I must commend this current government for the various initiative have been taken especially in the tax reform which is going to impact the real estate industry"
"They are making policies that may be difficult in the short term but promises development in the long run. Government is a continuum of administration.", he enumerated.
