ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has said that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has requested the PPP's support for the proposed 27 Constitutional Amendment.

Additionally, it proposes measures to resolve the deadlock over appointments in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
The PPP chairman further said that following President Asif Ali Zardari's return from Qatar, the party's Central Executive Committee (CEC) will meet on November 6 to finalise its policy regarding the amendment.
