For the first time on an iQOO phone in India, the device comes with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. The company has committed to five years of OS updates and seven years of security patches. OriginOS 6 offers features such as Origin Smooth Engine, enhanced personalisation, improved animations, AI captions, and Origin Island for real-time progress indicators.
The iQOO 15 includes a triple 50MP camera system comprising a 50MP Sony IMX921 VCS main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP 3x telephoto periscope lens. The front features a 32MP camera. Powering the device is a 7000mAh silicon-anode battery that supports 100W FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging. Extended RAM technology allows the 12GB RAM variant to expand up to 24GB and the 16GB variant up to 32GB. The device also features IP68 and IP69 certification, Schott Xensation α glass protection and integrated lighting elements including Monster Halo and Floating Light for notifications and system feedback.
