South Korea: reasons for not conducting UX research 2023

According to a survey conducted in June 2023 in South Korea, the most common reason for why companies in the IT industry did not do user experience (UX) research was the lack of internet resources or manpower at a 69 percent respondent share. Half of the respondents also stated that it was not as much of a priority in their work.
