Fair Isaac Corp., the data analytics company known for the FICO consumer credit score, gave its longtime general counsel Mark Scadina $7.4 million in pay, a nearly 20% increase.
FICO disclosed in a Jan. 27 proxy filing that Scadina received about $6.7 million in stock awards and $700,000 in cash, including a $400,000 annual base salary. Scadina's total compensation was an increase over the $6.2 million he earned in 2023 and $5.6 million he was paid in 2022.
Separate securities filings show that Scadina also sold off more than $29.7 million in FICO stock within the past year. He still ...
