Robbie McGuigan, Jordan Brown and Aaron Hill all fell short in qualifying action in Wigan
Mark Allen will be the the only Irishman in the field when the Victorian Plumbin Uk Snooker Championship reaches the Barbican in York on Saturday.
Allen's Antrim club-mates Robbie McGuigan and Jordan Brown were beaten in qualifying round two on Monday, while Cork man Hill lost his first match on Tuesday in qualifying round three.
Brown's contest with 14-year-old Michal Szubarczyk started on Monday morning but didn't end until late the same evening, with the Pole winning the single frame he needed to complete a 6-4 success.
Brown, a quarter-finalist at the recent BetVictor Northern Ireland Open, did have the consolation of the highest break of the match, a 135 total clearance in frame seven.
Szubarczyk couldn't follow up his win in Tuesday's third round game against Noppon Saengkham, losing 6-3.
McGuigan had won his first match against Oliver Sykes on Sunday, but despite recovering from 4-2 behind to draw level with Allan Taylor, it was the Englishman who found an extra gear when required for a 6-4 win.
Hill has enjoyed a fine start to the season and is number 24 on the one-year ranking list, but China's Long Zehuang had his measure on Tuesday, firing breaks of 4, 78, 57, 53 and 51 in a 6-1 win.
