Residents are being urged to use Minor Injury Units (MIUs) over the weekend instead of waiting until Monday.
The call comes from Worcestershire health leaders who say treating injuries sooner can reduce delays and ease pressure on busy emergency departments.
MIUs across the county offer treatment for a range of non-life-threatening injuries, including sprains, cuts, grazes, minor burns, wounds, and minor eye injuries.
For more information on the nearest MIU, including opening hours and services provided, residents can visit www.hacw.nhs.uk/MIU.
Dan Marshall, modern matron and Minor Injury Unit lead, said: "Our Minor Injury Units in Worcestershire are open on weekends and ready to help.
"We often see people waiting until Monday to seek help for minor injuries, but there's no need to delay care."
The reminder comes after data from Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust and Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust showed an increase in both MIU and emergency department attendances on Mondays.
This suggests many people are putting off treatment for minor injuries until the start of the week, leading to avoidable delays and added pressure on services.
Hayley Flavell, chief nursing officer at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, said: "Attendances at our Emergency Departments (ED) are at their highest on Monday mornings, but many of these patients could have been seen and treated at a Minor Injury Unit over the weekend.
"Visiting an MIU means they can receive the quality care that they need earlier, while helping to ease the pressure in our EDs so that patients requiring emergency care can be seen quicker."
Patients can access MIUs by walking in or by calling NHS 111, which will assess their symptoms and direct them to the most appropriate service.
If necessary, NHS 111 can also book an appointment at an MIU.
