The date for the final of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here 2025 has been revealed, with ITV announcing an extra-long episode for the annual TV event.
Approaching the halfway point, the 2025 season of the annual Ant and Dec reality series has gone down a storm with viewers. Rather than huge personalities clashing as seen in past years, the 12 campmates have been getting on swimmingly.
With no eliminations yet to take place, 12 famous faces from all walks of life are continuing to get to know each other and take on bushtucker trials. Representing Manchester on the series is rapper Aitch, streamer Angry Ginge and Emmerdale star Lisa Riley.
Also taking part is EastEnders duo Shona McGarty and Martin Kemp, Loose Women's Kelly Brook, comedian Ruby Wax, comedian Eddie Kadi, former Lioness Alex Scott and Jack Osbourne. This year's late arrivals were Irish TV presenter Vogue Williams and Celebs Go Dating's Tom Read Wilson.
Despite the line-up being received well among viewers, fans of the series have been critical about the standard of this season's bushtucker trials. What was once something no star wanted to do, celebrities are now passing the endurance test with flying colours more times than not.
All the calm of the jungle is likely to disappear in the coming days, with the daily exits likely to begin on Friday evening (November 28). While not confirmed, the 13th episode of the programme is normally the one where people are sent home.
Friends and family of the 12 contestants have begun arriving in Australia to meet their loved ones at the I'm A Celebrity bridge. Among them is Shona's sister Camilla, who had her say on the rumours linking the actress to Aitch.
According to the bookies, Ginge and Aitch, who have both taken on the most trials, are among the favourites to win the series. Much has been made of the stars bringing a younger audience into the programme, leading some trials to receive over two million votes on the ITV app.
Whether they make it to the final remains to be seen, but ITV have confirmed that it will air on Sunday, December 7, at the normal time of 9pm. However, with the three finalists having to be interviewed on top of their final day in camp showcased, the final will go on until 10.40pm.
The final episode of the series normally sees the final three campmates taking on one final challenge. Last year's episode saw McFly artist and eventual winner Danny McFly, Rev Richard Coles and Coleen Rooney winning a three-course dinner in camp after taking on 'The Towers of Terror'.
Past iterations of the programme saw the finalists each enduring different trials, battling to win each course for their group. The final camp dinner allows the stars to pick whatever meal they want, putting an end to three months of cravings.
While there's still over a week and a half to go until a winner is confirmed, many of the stars will already be hoping to reach the final just to win a massive meal. Not to mention that they could end up being king or queen of the jungle.
The final normally includes the previous winner to crown the winner, with Danny having a crown placed on his head by reality TV star Sam Thompson, who won in 2023.
