It was another night to remember for some BBC Strictly Come Dancing stars this week. For some, it was one to forget.
Some fans had been left "emotional" after one contestant's performance. Balvinder revealed her mum died last year and she then decided to do Strictly after saying yes to more opportunities which came her way - just like her mum would have wanted.
To pay tribute to her mum, and to her heritage, Balvinder and Julian performed a Bhangra-style dance with her newcomer pro partner Julian Caillon.
Before Sunday's results programme is broadcast, audiences learn the fate of the contestant being sent home. Thanks to the 'mole' people quickly find out which pair faced the dance-off and which unfortunate couple were voted off - hours before the result is published.
Yorkshire Live has chosen not to reveal the names of the star saved and the star being sent home.
The mole said: "Harry and La Voix had to dance off. The judges unanimously saved [Name]. [Name]was eliminated. This week's spoiler has come from an audience mole and has also been confirmed by my own source and is almost certainly accurate."
Fans took to Twitter to vent their frustration and shock at the announcement.
JulesB said: "Gosh, quick result tonight. I predicted those two to be in the dance off, there's a gap in ability between them and the rest now. Will have to watch to see who was actually best but they were always going to save."
Ryan Glendenning said: "I think they'll keep [name] until Blackpool and then they'll leave. Strictly always like to have big personalities during Blackpool week."
Sam step said: "This series is so hard to call. No one has remained in the top 3 of the poll each week."
Amie said: "Honestly not surprised by these two in the dance off. Thought Balvinder might have been there again as she seemed exhaled compared to Julian, he put way more oomph in compared to her. She looked shattered."
Other viewers were split as some anticipated the outcome. On X, one viewer questioned: "I swear [they] were higher on the leaderboard? Was there a mistake or something?"
Another dancing show fan stated: "If this is true it's about time."
Amy said: "Absolutely the correct decision, with the other to go next week."
Another said: "Right person went. This was their best dance and really suited them - but he's been nothing but the same version of themselves all the way through in my opinion."
