BENANA Music Studio is a Bitterne Park music school, and students from the school performed live for the residents, their families, and friends.

Home manager, Kirsten Tennant, said: "We are committed to supporting our residents through stimulating activities that enrich their lives.

"Music plays a vital role in this, especially for those living with dementia, helping to evoke memories and foster emotional well-being."

She added: "We also cherish the opportunity to support our local community and nurture emerging talent."

She noted how the music festival was a celebration of community, creativity, and the healing power of music, whilst also providing meaningful experiences for residents.
