The Michigan Wolverines have all eyes on their program this winter as the Big Ten school looks to find its nex head coach after Sherrone Moore's firing.
With many college football programs already sorting out their coaching roles, though, Michigan is behind other teams as the school sees top names being poached.

On Saturday, it was revealed that Arizona State is keeping Kenny Dillingham, which was a huge blow to the Wolverines. However, college football insider Pete Thamel revealed that Michigan still has a number one option for their job.
According to Thamel, Michigan remains keen on its "attempt to hire Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer." The Crimson Tide won their CFP matchup against Oklahoma to set up a meeting with Indiana in the quarterfinals.
DeBoer has received mixed reviews during his time at Alabama but Michigan is in desperate need of a big name following the troubles that surrounded the program. When Sherrone Moore was fired, it created a firestorm for the Wolverines and now they need to rebuild quickly.
DeBoer has posted a 20-7 record at Alabama, but if the Crimson Tide make a run at the CFP it could be hard for Michigan to lure him away.
