OROVILLE, Calif. -- A fire broke out in a three-story apartment building on the 1500 block of Meyers Street late Tuesday night. The blaze, which originated on the second floor, was reported at 9:26 p.m.
Cal Fire said that firefighters from the City of Oroville swiftly responded to the scene and managed to knock down the flames quickly.
Crews remain at the scene checking for any extension of the fire within the building.
Officials confirmed that the situation was manageable with the first alarm response, and no injuries have been reported.
