Ben and J.Lo kept their distance despite reconciliation rumors....
A meeting of the Bennifers happened over the weekend when Ben Affleck reunited with both his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and his soon-to-be ex-wife Jennier Lopez at a school play.
Ben & Jen & Jen showed up to support their respective kids, and were photographed in some blurry crowd pics. According to an eyewitness who spoke to TMZ, Ben "had a quick chat" with one of J.Lo's kids, but it's unclear if he and J.Lo interacted.
The former couple's outing comes amid a source telling Us Weekly that "There's still a lot of love" between them "but the divorce is still going forward." That said, the former couple are experiencing "lingering doubts" and "hesitation" about the decision to finalize their split. As the source put it, "When they're together as a family and see the kids together, it reminds them of how good they are as a team and what's important."
Meanwhile, another insider added that there's "a small chance" of reconciliation between the pair, noting that "J.Lo has stayed over at Ben's place a couple times. When it's good, it's really good, but when it's bad, it's really bad -- and things are so good when they are friends. If things are better between them because they're separated, that's a reason the divorce would go through."
For what it's worth, neither Ben nor J.Lo appear to be dating amid their divorce, and a source recently told Page Six that Ben doesn't want to date anyone new because he's "still adjusting to the single life."
