BRIDGEPORT -- Several car windows were smashed on the University of Bridgeport's campus Tuesday morning, a city official said.
Bridgeport Emergency Services were contacted by university security at 7:38 a.m. after between "five and six" windows were broken, Bridgeport spokesperson Danielle Wedderburn said in a news release.
Wedderburn said Bridgeport police and the university are investigating.
It was not immediately clear where the cars were parked when their windows were smashed.
