Shilpa likes to eat fresh fruits, oats and muesli for breakfast. Sometimes, when she is in a hurry, she makes a smoothie by adding almond milk, banana, oats, and honey. Her favourite mid-morning snack is whole-wheat avocado toast with two eggs. Shilpa Shetty does not consume much sugar and uses honey, jaggery or coconut sugar.
Shilpa Shetty's lunch is straightforward. It includes dal-rice, roti, chicken curry and vegetables. She eats chicken or fish to ensure a sufficient protein intake.
