A person inside a residence was shot Thursday night in Stockton's Seaport District, police said.
The Stockton Police Department was dispatched to the 1900 block of South American Street. Upon arrival, officers found a 17-year-old boy with a non-life-threatening graze wound injury, Stockton police said. He was then taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
A 36-year-old woman, a 17-year-old boy, and a 13-year-old girl were also inside the residence, Stockton police said. No other injuries were reported.
A suspect fled the area in a vehicle. No arrests have been announced at this time.
