Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd. (BCSSL), a BSE-listed technology company, has announced its empanelment as an official partner of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for the rollout of 5G Fixed Wireless Access (5G FWA) services. Through this empanelment, the company will deliver Internet Leased Line (ILL) services across the Maharashtra and Goa telecom circles, strengthening its operational footprint in western India.
The empanelment enables BCSSL to support enterprises and institutions with high-speed connectivity using 5G FWA technology. The company will deploy its digital and cybersecurity solutions alongside network services, positioning itself as a service provider for next-generation enterprise connectivity under BSNL's ecosystem.
As part of its service portfolio, BCSSL will offer its proprietary platforms, including Access Genie, an intelligent access management system designed for secure authentication and network control. The company will also deploy BluHealth, a digital health ecosystem that supports telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, and secure data handling. In addition, its Cyber Security SoHo EDR solution will provide endpoint detection and response capabilities for small offices and home offices.
The BSNL empanelment aligns with BCSSL's existing memorandum of understanding with Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd. (KRCL). Under this collaboration, BCSSL plans to leverage KRCL's dark fiber infrastructure to deploy 5G FWA connectivity and digital services across railway stations in the initial phase. The rollout will include IPTV services offering live television and on-demand content, along with the Blure Bharat App, which will provide travel information, public services, entertainment, and hyperlocal content for passengers.
The integration of 5G FWA connectivity, digital platforms, and infotainment services is expected to transform KRCL railway stations into smart rail hubs. High-speed internet access, digital content delivery, and secure network platforms are intended to improve passenger experience while supporting institutional operations. The deployment also opens opportunities for local businesses, public service messaging, and targeted digital content within station premises.
According to the company, the combined model of connectivity services, digital products, and smart rail solutions is expected to generate a minimum revenue of ₹178 crore during Phase 1 over a two-year period. This projection is based on revenue streams from 5G FWA internet services, IPTV offerings, the Blure Bharat App, cybersecurity platforms, and other value-added digital services.
