Will Souza had 12 points and Chris Ruiz added eight for Kearny (9-8), which maintained sole possession of first place in the HCIAL National Division standings with a 7-1 record.
Youssef Toure had 13 points, 12 rebounds, five assists and four steals for Ferris (10-7), which rallied from a nine-point halftime deficit. Robert Gomez had 12 points with 14 rebounds and Jaycob Salazar scored 11 points.
